[Legal business name] ([Business address]) operates this site and produces the Homeowner Control Center. Orders are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

What we collect. When you buy, Paddle collects your email, payment details and billing information in order to process the payment and charge any applicable tax. We receive your email address and a record of the purchase, and use them to send you your download link. We never see or store your card number.

Why. To take payment, deliver your files, send your access link, and answer support requests.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how this site is used — which pages and sections people read, which buttons they press, and where they leave. This includes session recordings: a reconstruction of the pages you saw and where you clicked and scrolled. Recordings mask what you type into form fields, and we do not record the checkout, which is rendered and handled by Paddle. PostHog analytics requests are served through this site’s own domain at /ingest.

Advertising. We use Meta’s advertising pixel to measure which ads lead to purchases. You can limit this through your browser and your Meta ad settings.

Opting out. Both analytics and advertising scripts respect browser tracking protection and content blockers. To have your analytics data deleted, email support@homeownercontrolcenter.com.

Sharing. Paddle (payments and tax), PostHog (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), our email provider (delivery) and our hosting provider. We do not sell your information.

Your choices. Email support@homeownercontrolcenter.com to request a copy or deletion of your personal information. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The Homeowner Control Center is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment you get immediate access to a download page and an email containing your access link.

Who you buy from. Paddle is the merchant of record for this order. It is the seller on your receipt, it charges and remits any applicable tax, and it handles billing enquiries. [Legal business name] produces, delivers and supports the product itself.

Licence. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files.

What this product is not. It is an organisational system for recording home maintenance and household information. It is not home-repair instruction, not a safety inspection, and not financial, legal or insurance advice. Electrical, structural, roofing, gas, HVAC and similar work should be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.

Price. $37 one-time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Applicable tax, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we ask you to look at the page previews on the sales page before buying — they show the actual pages you receive.

If the files don’t work. If a file won’t download, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, email support@homeownercontrolcenter.com within 30 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Change of mind. Email support@homeownercontrolcenter.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. We may ask what didn’t work for you, but you don’t have to answer.

Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
