Terms of sale

The Homeowner Control System is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment you get immediate access to a download page and an email containing your access link.

Who you buy from. Paddle is the merchant of record for this order. It is the seller on your receipt, it charges and remits any applicable tax, and it handles billing enquiries. Home Owners Control Center produces, delivers and supports the product itself.

Licence. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files.

What this product is not. It is an organisational system for recording home maintenance and household information. It is not home-repair instruction, not a safety inspection, and not financial, legal or insurance advice. Electrical, structural, roofing, gas, HVAC and similar work should be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.

Price. Downloadable setup kits start from $17 one-time. Home Membership, when offered, is a separate recurring service with its renewal price shown before checkout. Applicable tax, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Home Membership term. Monthly membership renews each month and annual membership renews each year until canceled. The checkout states the first charge, renewal amount and billing interval before you pay. You can cancel through Paddle’s self-service portal; cancellation stops future renewal and access ends when Paddle marks the subscription canceled. Membership requires an internet connection and a current browser. Your one-time downloadable files remain yours.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
